These are the published standards of Erroa Technology Pvt Ltd against Child Sexual Abuse and
Exploitation (CSAE) for the Love Dose app (package com.erroatech.ramdom).
1. Age requirement
Every user must confirm they are 18 or older and enter an age of 18 or above to create a profile. Accounts that appear to belong to a minor are removed.
2. Prohibited content and behaviour
- Any image, video, livestream or text that sexualises a minor, including CSAM.
- Grooming: contacting or trying to build a relationship with a minor for sexual purposes.
- Sextortion, or threatening to share intimate images.
- Promoting, soliciting or facilitating child trafficking or exploitation.
3. In-app reporting
Users can report any profile, chat or person after a random video call using the Report option in the app, including the reason "Underage user". Reports can also be sent to our child safety contact below.
4. How we respond
- Reports involving a minor or CSAE are reviewed with the highest priority.
- Offending content is removed and the account is permanently banned.
- We report confirmed CSAM and child exploitation to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and Indian law enforcement through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in), as required by law.
- We preserve relevant information when law enforcement requests it through lawful process.
5. Compliance with law
We comply with applicable child safety laws, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India.
