These terms are the agreement between you and Erroa Technology Pvt Ltd for the Love Dose app on
Android (package com.erroatech.ramdom) and iOS. By creating an account you accept these terms, the
Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines. If you do not accept
them, do not use the app.
1. The service
Love Dose lets adults meet new people through random video calls, profiles, swiping, matching and chat. Random video calls connect you live with another user who is looking for a call at the same time. We do not guarantee that someone will always be available, or that you will find a match.
2. Free to use
Love Dose is free. There are no coins, no paid calls and no in-app purchases. The app is supported by ads. There may be a daily limit on free likes, shown in the app.
3. Your account
- You sign in as a guest; your account is tied to your installation of the app.
- The information on your profile must be true, including your age. Use only photos of yourself.
- You are responsible for everything you do in the app.
4. Conduct: zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
You must follow the Community Guidelines. There is no tolerance for nudity or sexual acts on video, sexual content in photos or chat, anything involving minors, harassment, threats, hate speech, scams, spam, or impersonation. We remove offending content and suspend or permanently ban the account responsible.
5. Reporting and moderation
- Report a user from their profile, from a chat, or from the screen shown after a random call ends.
- Unmatch to remove a match and the conversation immediately.
- Our team reviews reports and removes objectionable content and accounts. We aim to act on reports within 24 hours.

6. Your safety
You are responsible for your interactions with other users. We do not run background checks on users. Be careful about sharing personal information, and if you meet someone in person, meet in a public place and tell a friend. Never send money to someone you met in the app.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and text you add. You give us permission to store and display them to other users in order to run the service. You must have the right to upload anything you upload.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". Calls depend on your internet connection and may drop. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app; see Account Deletion. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above will change. These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Durg, Chhattisgarh have jurisdiction.
