This policy explains what the Love Dose app (Android package com.erroatech.ramdom, and the iOS app
with the same name) collects, why, where it is stored, and how you can delete it. Love Dose is published by
Erroa Technology Pvt Ltd ("we", "us").
1. Who is responsible
Erroa Technology Pvt Ltd operates Love Dose and the servers behind it. For any privacy question, or to ask for a copy or deletion of your data, email support@lovedose.live.
2. What we collect and why

Information collected automatically

Camera, microphone and photos
During a random video call your camera and microphone stream is sent live to the other person so the call can happen. The call is connected peer-to-peer. We do not record, store or review video calls. Camera and microphone are used only while the call screen is open. Photo library access is used only when you choose a photo for your profile. You can revoke these permissions any time in your phone settings.
3. Where your data is stored
Profiles, photos, likes, matches and messages are stored on servers operated by Erroa Technology in a commercial data centre. Love Dose runs on the Erroa Technology dating platform, which is shared with other Erroa Technology apps, so your profile may also be shown to adults using those apps. Data is kept for as long as your account exists.

Love Dose has no in-app purchases and does not collect payment information. We do not sell your personal data.
5. What other users can see
Your name, age, gender, city, job, bio, interests, photos and online status are visible to other users. Messages are visible to the person you are chatting with. During a random call, the other person sees and hears you live. Do not share your address, phone number, financial details or other sensitive information.
6. Demo profiles
Some profiles are example accounts created by us rather than real people. They are clearly marked DEMO PROFILE.
7. Deleting your account and data
Open Profile → Delete my account in the app. This permanently removes your profile, photos, matches, messages, likes and reports from our server. It cannot be undone. You can also request deletion by email; see Account Deletion.
8. Your choices
- Reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's privacy settings.
- Revoke camera, microphone or photo permission at any time in your phone settings.
- Edit your profile at any time in the app.
- Ask us for a copy of your data by email.
9. Children
Love Dose is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 and we delete such accounts when we find them. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation; see our Child Safety Standards.
10. Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
