This page explains how users of the Love Dose app (package com.erroatech.ramdom), developed by
Erroa Technology Pvt Ltd, can delete their account and data.
1. Delete in the app
- Open Love Dose and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm with Delete permanently. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
2. Delete without the app
If you can no longer open the app, email support@lovedose.live with the subject "Delete my Love Dose account". Include your display name and age as shown on your profile, and if possible a screenshot of your profile. We verify the request and delete the account within 7 days.
3. What is deleted
- Your profile: name, age, gender, city, job, bio, interests and preferences.
- All photos you uploaded.
- Your likes, passes, matches and all chat messages.
- Reports you filed, and your sign-in identifier.
4. What we may keep
Standard server logs are kept for up to 90 days for security. We may keep limited information about accounts banned for serious violations, such as child safety violations, where the law requires or to stop the same person returning. Video calls are never recorded, so there is nothing to delete.
5. After deletion
Deletion cannot be undone. If you use the app again you start with a new, empty account.
